Your PRODUCT Warranty
We strongly believe in the quality of all of our British-made products. As a result of this, we have a 1 year Manufacturing Warranty in place. If any of our products fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will fix it or repair it. This warranty extends to all timber framework, steel components and canvas sheeting.
Our fabric carries a lifetime flame retardency certificate, but if you or your client accidentally damages the sheeting (or any other elements of the tipis), we have an in-house Repairs Service where we can assess the damage and give you an honest, quality remedy to the problem.
